Michael L. Wilgus is a 1977 graduate of Indian River High School and a 1981 graduate of the University of Delaware. Michael became part of Wilgus Associates in 1981 and has progressed within the company, beginning as a clerk in the Summer Rental Department, followed by becoming a Rental Agent, Real Estate Sales Agent, Associate Broker, Vice President of Wilgus Associates, Broker of Record, and in 2002 became the President of Wilgus Associates, Inc. Michael is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Cindy, originally from Baltimore began as a part time resident in Ocean View, DE in 1990 and became a full time resident in 2004. After retiring from the US Postal Service in 2008 with over 30 years of service she took a well deserved break for 18 months. In 2010 when her son was accepted at the University of Delaware she decided to go back to work part time. Cindy began her second career in 2010 with Wilgus Associates as an administrative assistant in the Sales and Insurance Department. Cindy lives in Ocean View, DE with her son Ryan and granddaughter Cali. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, time at the beach and winter vacations skiing and snowboarding with friends.
