Another Fabulous Week in Bethany
We love staying in this home our 11th annual visit with extended family. The home is comfortable and extremely well located with easy access to the beach and Dickeys ice cream. We look forward to our time here every year.

Best beach weather ever
House at 102 Campbell this year was the cleanest Bethany rental Ive ever stayed in which is a lot. The cleaning has been going downhill for many years so this was a pleasant surprise! Whoever does the cleaning should be commended for a job well done. Air temp was in the 90s water temp in the 70s so it was perfect beach weather a wonderful vacation.

Great house but...
The home was clean bright and well equipped with a good open layout. Great location only steps from the beach and downtown. This is a good choice for groups of 6-8. However the beds in this home were universally uncomfortable and not of the quality expected in this rental price range. Also a 20 yr old 20-inch television in the main living room is unacceptable. Finally houses in this rental range should be equipped with wi-fi internet.

Memorable Fun
Spacious cottage with deck and screened porch. Great fr entertaining drop by guests. Easily accessible close to beach and Garfield Pkwy.

Excellent location. Close to beach boardwalk. A little more than we wanted to spend but very clean and kitchen was stocked well. Nice screen room which we used alot. There were no board games which would have been nice for the rainy days.

Another awesome Week at the Beach
The homeowner maintains this rental property in impeccable condition one of the many reasons weve rented this property for 12 straight years. It is renewed and refreshed annually with new appliances last year and hardwood floors and new carpeting this year. The convenient location is just steps away from Dickeys Ice Cream the shops on Garfield Parkway and the beach. We can watch the 4th of July parade and the fireworks from the decks. This property cant be beat for location comfort and a superb family beach experience. Our annual beach rental week at this property is the highlight of our extended familys year every year and we are always enormously pleased with our stay.

One of our Best Family Vacations Ever!!!
We could not have asked for a better week to spend our family vacation. The weather was perfect!! The house was one of he best homes we have ever rented in Bethany. Very clean and comfortable!! The location was excellent. After traveling 12 hours we loved being able to park our car and walk everywhere we needed to be.

Very nice home - with a couple caveats...
Great location just steps away from the beach and downtown Bethany. Very well maintained - the large combined living dining and kitchen area is open spacious and inviting and a wonderful area for family and friends to gather. Bedrooms are well appointed and there is plenty of closet space. Kitchen is well stocked. A prior reviewer complained about the TV - that has been fixed. Theyve now added a very nice large flat panel television. If youre not an early riser - the activity to the rear of the home especially trash pickup at the businesses immediately behind the property - can be an early morning eye opener. I also agree with another reviewer that no wifi internet is a serious negative and for some could be a reason to rent elsewhere.
