Our absolutely wonderful experience staying at Bethany Beach.

We loved our stay the house was beautiful clean and well-equipped. We felt totally comfortable. We loved the decorating done the relaxed feel and to tell the truth a little guilty knowing we were the first renters. We definitely would want to rent it again whenever we come to Bethany Beach. The only thing that I would improve would be getting the kids bunk beds sanded because the wood was rough and I was afraid someone would get a splinter. Sincerely Elaine Fanelli

wonderful new home with all ammenities close to beach

this home is brand new and has every detail needed for a great beach vacation. Fully equiped kitchen spacious bedroom and bathrooms comfortable living spaces game room for kids great outdoor showers ample parking plus just 2 blocks from the beach note that you do have to cross 2 streets to get to the beach for young children this was a little bit of an issue. The house is very close 1 lot from Rt 1 so there is a fair amount of traffic noise and thus its not super relaxing on decks etc. but the home itself couldnt be better. We would definitely consider staying there again if we go to Bethany.

We are house snobs and 221 Wellington Parkway was excellent

The house was spotless. Since we were there for Thanksgiving we were quite pleased with how well the kitchen was appointed. We could not have asked for anything better! It felt as though we were at home.

Always enjoy going to Bethney beach

The service was very good. The home was extremely clean. The kitchen was excellent including the dishes and silverware. We did have a leak in thekitchen faucet which was fixed while we were there. The biggest complaint I have is that it is too far from the ocean for the high rates you charge. Therefore I would not rent it in the future.

wonderful

house was great. we have been coming for 30 years this house was stocked great and no complaints at all except wish it had been a bit closer. We loved it so much we re booked for next July for 2 weeks. Having it be only 1 yr old was also great as everything was still in beautiful shape

Beautiful home

We loved the house and cannot say enough nice things about it. The bedrooms are beautiful and each has its own bathroom including the kids rooms. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too far because we have older kids. This was also the first house we have stayed that did not have any beach chairs or umbrellas. This was fine but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Our only complaint was that the grill was very small for such a large house.
