A beautiful view lovely decor well equipped convenient!
We had six adults everyone agreed that this was one of the nicest conveniently located rentals. We enjoyed our time spent at Blue Surf. Our only complaint was the beds all were very hard each with plastic coverings to protect the mattresses which compounded the discomfort. The couple who took the bunk has already said we have to look elsewhere next year. Adults do not want to climb ladders and risk falling at night nor do they want to sleep in a room that could just as easily accomadated twin beds. All that splendor ruined by uncomfortable beds and bedding is a shame. Wed return if not for this problem...

Thank you for the feedback This ocean front home is new including ALL furnishings Mattress firmness is personal preference and the owners obviously prefer firm mattresses The bedding set up is NOT conducive to all adults as this is designed to be a family home with two adult rooms and a kids room We appreaciate your feedback

Nice condo very bad experience with owners and Wilgus
The condo is very nice and the location is terrific. We thought the week was a success but after checking out we received an unsubstantiated accusation from the owners of the condo through the rental agency that we had damaged their furniture in four separate places. Not only had we not damaged any property but I had personally inspected the childrens rooms after we had spent two hours cleaning the condo before checking out. I would not only avoid renting from these owners but be very wary of renting through Wilgus again due to the recklessness in passing on these accusations without substantiating or even verifying them and trying to hold us financially responsible for them.

The condo is indeed beautiful having been furnished by an interior decorator from Resort Furnishings The property was cleaned and inspected prior to your taking occupancy and the owners arrived after your departure We have pictures of the damaged furniture actually 4 pieces of furniture have been marred or seriously knicked Our contract clearly states that you must report any damages you find upon arrival at the rental unit I believe stained and chipped furniture in a brand new unit would be quite noticeable We are not recklessly making accusations we have verification that the damage was done during this stay and you will be held financially responsible for these damages

Absolutely the perfect vacation destination.
Walked in and immediately saw the ocean view and knew that it was going to be a perfect week! Traveling with our 1 year old grandson accomodations were made and all had a great time. Sister-in-law had her own bedroom at the other end of the house as well as room for the young adults. 3 bathrooms a jacuzzi and the perfect entertaining kitchen. The small deck facing the ocean was perfect for the grandson who wanted to be outdoors all of the time!

Best Location in Bethany
The space was perfect for our small family adult couple staying with college-aged children although Im sure it would work for larger groups too. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and gift shops. People on the beach seemed envious of the location - several times I was approached by vacationers asking me on the boardwalk how they could arrange for a rental in the Blue Surf building. The evening parade of people walking the boardwalk two floors below the balcony was great entertainment for the young adults in our party.

Excellent location and beautiful place
While we enjoyed our stay and had Planed on renting in 2011 the owners decided they wanted the week our friends the McMahons had made a deposit on. The Mcmahons told us about this and then rented the week we were getting ready to make a deposit on. The owners arbitrarily took the week they had reserved. The Mcmahons then took the next week so we decided not to rent in 2011. Due to the calloused way the owners acted towards our friends we will never rent that place again.

We had stayed at the old Blue Surf for many years the new one still retains the feel of the original with modern and upscale construction.

A wonderful New years weekend getaway with dear friends in a wo
This was our second New Years getaway vacation in this condo with two other couples all long time friends. The location accomodation furnishings were all that we could ask for. We will look forward to next year!
