Very nice place to stay and functionnal
Quiet place spacious and very clean townhouse. Fully equiped. Close to the beach 5 minutes walks and boardwalk 10 minutes. Take note that the mattress was too soft for me master room and was not able to connect to Internet.

Outstanding!!!
My family and i have only one word to say wonderful!! The location and condo was perfect and the area was beautiful!!! Would recommend it to anyone and doing it all over again next year!!!

Were already Planning Next Years Vacation
We instantly fell in love with Bethany Beach and the rental experience with Wilgus associates and Loftland Lane 42 sealed the deal for us. The rental was well-furnished and ideally located. We have the proper paperwork and we plan on requesting the same property for next years vacation.

It was perfect.
Apartment was spacious enough for me and five boys. Close to beach downtown bike trails and CVS. Supermarket was reasonably close.

One week vacation to Bethany-Sea Pines
Sea Pines is a great community for small families who want convenience to the beach and town of Bethany. I thought this particular unit 42 Loftland was not as good as some other units we have stayed at. We were not able to connect to the internet and even after asking Wilgus about it they were unhelpful simply saying that the owner would not know the password for high speed internet access even if the owners were called. That is something that is advertised as being a feature in the Unit so it should be easier to use. This Unit only had plastic chairs and a table in back while other units have nicer outdoor seating and umbrellas. In addition there were no beach chairs that were useable we found a couple but they were extremely rusted. I thought there was also too much furniture in the house. While the unit is advertised for sleeping 8 which is possible given the number of beds and sleep sofas as a practical matter the Unit is too small to accommodate 8 people.
