Home away From Home
We have rented this unit for the past 10 or 11 years for one week in July. Each year we are always surprised by the upgrades to the unit. The location is wonderful. Great ocean view from both decks. We love it.

Have been staying there for 14 years every July and we love it!
The location is fantastic. Such a short walk to the sand. Very quiet area and well maintained. A short drive to Bethany Beach and Ocean City. Fenwick Island is wonderful. The house has everything you need and the owners have done some updating over the years.

Great stay
We have rented this unit for 16 years in a row and have enjoyed every one. The unit is well kept well equipped and in a perfect location. We will be back

We love the view and the close proximity of the beach
the house wasnt very clean and I am sure we left it better than when we arrived. I would like to have had a bigger frying pan to cook meals but we did okay. If I had the opportunity I would love to buy this place. So let me know if anyone is interested in selling at Seaside Villa.
