Decent Place although kind of Smelly damp and mildewy
Not too bad for the and we only had a partial week which was all we needed. The worst part was the water pressure in the master bath shower...awful!

A pleasant leisurely experience.
We had an enjoyable week at 10 Thistle Court. We have vacationed at Bethany 15 of the past 16 years and have always stayed in or near Bethany Meadows one stay at Beartrap Dunes. I liked this property though not as much as some others. It was a little smaller but it was clean and orderly and more than served our purpose for the week.

Affordable Comfortable
During our search for an affordable beach rental we wanted one at a great affordable price that met our needs during vacation. It met them! It met the needs of 2 famlies enjoying our Summer Vacation. Short walk to the pool. Short drive to the beach. Quiet clean location.

Needs a good cleaning and repairs
While the location of the house is quite convenient I was very disappointed in the houses cleanliness and general state of repair. The carpets were very dirty turning my childrens feet bottoms black requiring washing. Also many dishes in the cabinets were dirty and required rewashing before using. There were also broken glasses in the cabinets. The shower-head in the master bathroom leaked shooting water into the ceiling and the closet door in an extra bedroom was broken and almost feel on my elderly grandmother however these two issues were fixed promptly by Wilgus after a phone call. The stair railings outback could also use a some repair as my 5 year old was coming back into the house she received 2 very large splinters in her hand. All in all it was a comfortable location and my large family was able to relax and enjoy each other however I would not recommend the house to anyone unless some major cleaning and repairs were made.

Terrible experience
We stayed at this 3 bedroom condo in august. Upon opening the door we noticed that the table in the kitchen was way too large for the space. The refrigerator door hit the table and if you pulled the chairs out you couldnt get around the kitchen. The fan in the living room was very dusty and when we put it on dust flew everywhere. The carpet was stained in several places. The pantry door in the kitchen did not close as the wood floor is warped. The beds were uncomfortable especially if an adult is staying in the bunk bedroom. All the glasses needed to be washed. The screen porch is falling apart and needs repair. I have to say if the beach wasnt 5 minutes away and the pool area very nice the stay would have been even worse.
