Very relaxing
We had a nice time. The house was very small but fine for 2 small children. The front screened-in porch was the best part!

Quiet but needs some updates
Overall we had a lovely experience. The house is nestled back in the pine trees which makes for a quiet cozy location. For the price we paid I expected more than what we got. The bathrooms could use some updating the master bath is way too small you have to climb over the toilet to get in the shower. We only had half a stove top to cook on because the left side was missing. The beds were terrible and need new covers thankfully you supply your own linens because I cant imagine how nasty they would have been based on the pillow coverings we used our own pillows.

The perfect family cottage.
Loved the house and the location it is our second year back to the same house for an entire month stay. Few difficulties upon check-in getting the beach pass and gate codes but the problem was solved quickly and professionally. Air conditioning broke down one time and company was out within 2 hours to fix the problem A. We liked the simple upgrades from last year to this year. New dishes cooking items pillows. House still could some additional cleaning out of old items in closets. Floor rugs throughout house need to be removed to show the beautiful and clean hardwood floors. Thanks for the great stay.

The house is in a wonderful location close to so many things. Evergreen is a quiet street perfect for relaxing. House felt secure even with all the sliding doors. The dog loved being on the enclosed porch while I read. My only compaint was that the house needed a good cleaning. There were cobwebs in the rafters large dustbunny villages under the beds including candy wrappers and bottle caps under the master bed. Dining room has a rafia rug that hasnt been moved to be cleaned under in way too long. Not good for the allergy sufferers!

Nice house for the dog and kids!
We have vacationed in Middlesex Beach for years and love it there. We adopted a dog and were thrilled when we found a house where we could bring our dog. He loved the screened front porch! The only bad thing was the roof leaked in the living room the back bedroom and in the bathtub during a heavy rainfall. Otherwise we enjoyed staying there.

Very pet friendly
We enjoyed a relaxing spring stay in this quiet area. Our dog was able to enjoy the fresh air with us on the screened in front porch.

Love middlesex beach.
Love the property in the pines. Wilgus was quick to respond to our needs. Love the flexibility of dates available and ability to bring our small dogs. We have stayed year after year and appreciate the upgrades some major and some minor to the house. Like the new dishes in kitchen and especially the new ac unit. That said would love to recommend some minor improvements that could be done on the house. 1. Finish painting old paneling white such as masterbathroom and masterbedroom. 2. Remove remaining junky stuff such as old bedding and old dishes from the house. 3. Need to treat yard for Mosquitosfleas. 4. Clean rain gutters because it rains in front proch. 5. Install glass storm doors leading from house to front porch to allow more daylight into house without leaving doors open. 6. My kids request of a sleep loft above family room. Thanks for a great month
