Relaxing
The house was nice but when we arrived it was pretty dirty about the only thing that was clean were the toilets. The kitchen floor was filthy the carpets had not been vaccuumed and the refrigerator was dirty. The matress downstairs by the laundry room was as hard as a rock.

Always great to come back to Middlesex
House was great having the two levels really worked with my sisters family also being in the house. Only had two comments I1. The cleanliness when we checked in was a little below par. Bits of food under couches dust on the dresser in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Nothing big but it looked like it had only received the quick clean the prior occupants would have given it.2. The heating element in the toaster element is cracked in half but the toaster oven still works. At least once it didnt seem to shut off when the timer reached the off position. Not sure that was too safe. All in all we had a fantastic time and if we can work our schedule out for next summer we hope to come back to the same place.

An excellent value
This is the third time we have rented 11 Bridge and we plan to do so in the future if it is available--The five bedrooms and three baths were in great shape and all of the appliances worked very well. We wish that there were more beach chairs but that is a minor issue. We particularly like the dense forest like setting which makes us feel that we are more isolated from the surrounding community than we really are.

unique beach experience
an easy walk to a wide beach but located on a heavily wooded lot relatively isolated from neighbors - so not like a typical beach house more like a mountain retreat. The neighborhood made up for some shortcomings of the property. We would have liked to have a gas grille some exterior maintenance in order
