Everyone had a great time
The house had plenty of room - there were 14 of us. We were on the beach block which we loved. I was a little concerned about the pool being across the highway, especially with my grandchildren and handicapped brother, but it was OK. the pool could have been cleaner ( bugs and water was very cloudy)

Great location, but the kitchen was lacking necessary items.
The house is in a GREAT location - private beach less than a block away. I appreciated that there were two bedrooms on each floor and the dining room table comfortably sat 10 (could easily seat 12). However, my one complaint was that the kitchen was lacking several items I would have assumed to be standard. The coffee pot was broken, so we ended up buying a new coffee pot the first full day we were there. Also, there were no cookie sheets for baking, no extra-large pots for cooking corn on the cob (in a house this size, you would expect to cook large meals) and only enough forks for one meal (you had to keep your dinner fork for dessert). I know these are nit-picky complaints, but I expect a house in this location to be appropriately stocked.

enjoyable week at the beach
spacious the house was dirty-had to call for it to be cleaned i dont think anyone cleaned under furniture etc sliding glass door screen fell off could have a bigger refrig. floor plan is greatbeds were too hard- need topper

wonderful. the house was big enough for all our family
The house and location were great. This was the second year for renting this house. We had plenty of space for our sons daughters-in-law 4 grandchildren and parents!We loved how close we were to the beach. The only negative is that we had to cross the highway to get to the pool. since Ocean Ridge is an east and west it would be great if they had a crosswalk. It is a little nerve racking to cross highway with traffic going 55-60mph

We had a fun trip.
The place was nice and close to the beach which was good with small children. It was a very pleasant experience.

Another great week at the beach!
We enjoyed the size and utility of the house. The 2 living areas are great for teens. Our only concern was that there was not a vacuum!
