Family Beach Week - 2010
Basically enjoyed the house and the week at Bethany. My family all 12 of us have been going to Bethany Beach for many many years - always renting from Wilgus. We have previously stayed at the Rasmussen house at 1 Tern Rd. The house is clean nicely furnishedwell kept -- and a short walk to the beach. The price was right -- it was and is a good value especially important in these difficult economic times. Negative aspects or lets say aspects not so positive would be its location right off Rte One with all the constant traffic noise. Another involves the children in our family in that our 4 grandkids seem to have outgrown the bunk beds -- not enough overhead space for them. And finally we had 2 maintenance problems during our stay -- both of which were promptly taken care of by Wilgus who have been wonderful to us all thru the years. One was a detached towel bar in the master bedroom -- and the other was a series of stopped-upoverflowing toilets. As noted these items were fixed without undue delay.

Fantastic
Great place for the whole family - from 4 yrs old to 70.When I first arrived I noticed some housecleaning problems and called the agent. She personally came by a picked up a soiled bedspread and took it to the cleaners. It was returned the next day.The rug in the bunk bed room had a large stain. The carpet cleaner came on Monday and cleaned it right up.
