Loved the location and layout of house worked really well for us. However there were a few issues- Rooms were dimly lit especially kitchen. Really need under-cabinet lights that shine onto counters.- Too many paintings in living area no consistent style or theme weird placement. Sounds minor but it distracted from enjoyment of the space.- In kitchen little drawer with bottle opener and corkscrew is completely hidden behind a long cabinet drawer! I ended up buying new ones before we discovered that drawer. Need to notify tenants about it!- Not nearly enough sturdy drinking glasses to go around. Also lack of cereal bowls. Bowls provided were either way too small or much too big. Odd collection of formal dinnerware that doesnt fit cottage life.- High-speed internet cable worked for one person at a time but wireless router would support multiple users and be huge improvement.- Because of placement of TV in living room need larger screen so people sitting on sofas can see easily. We moved sofas into a L-shape configuration to help with group viewing but many still had trouble seeing.- Garbage pickup days should be posted prominently on refrigerator door. Also location of recycling station for those who would like to use it.- We were not told about access code for community entrance gate at check-in. Didnt think about this at first because gate was being repaired for most of our visit but when fixed we had to call to find out that code was written on key fob. However code on key didnt work and we had to get one from passerby who happened to be near gate when we were trying to enter.

The house was great and perfect for two families. The kitchen was well equiped and a good size. Our recommendationd to the owners would be to add a gas grill and to fix the air conditioning so the bedroom floor and the loft also remain cool. Oh and add a couple of more chairs to the kitchen table.

The house was in excellent condition and the location to the beach was within 1000 yards. The rooms were big especially the kitchen and eating area. The owners continue to provide updates to the house and grounds to ensure we have a outstanding and enjoyable stay. Thanks
