Why dont I live here?!?!
Well the services started out a with a little bit of a hitch but it was just miscommunication. The house itself is beautiful and large and the best thing about it was the View the View and the View. Now there were other great features like the modern kitchen with all appliances and cookware and the full home sound system but the view and the privacy to go along with it SPECTACULAR! The thing that I liked least about the place was leaving and that was it. I was a little dissapointed that we couldnt get the wireless internet to work but it just would have distracted me from enjoying myself and relaxing in the warm and inviting family room. My family and I will definitely return to this place sooner than later. Selfishly I must confess that I hope that no one goes there so that the availability would be open for me to decide when to go back at anytime but everyone deserves to behold not just the amenities of the home but the beauty outside the windows that takes center stage immediately at upon your entrance. To those that take my advice and put it to good use mazel tov! To those that thumb through the reviews too quickly to really take it all in your loss! Stay at this place and let it make your day your weekend and your week or longer make your own memories and just use mine as an appetizer.

Something for everyone regardless of age.
The first floor bedroom screened in porch and view were great for my 90 yr. old mother. The bayside offered excellent sunsets and gave my nephews ages 11 and 14 something to do when not at the beach. They enjoyed fishing from the dock and crabbing for their first time. We all enjoyed mornings on the deck watching the boats herons osprey turtles etc. Crossing the coastal highway to access the beach was a bit of a deterrent but all of the other benefits afforded by this home made it more than worthwhile.

Good quiet location however lacks amenities.
Rented home in 2009 and was disappointed with deteriorated condition of cleanliness when rented at beginning of 2010 season. Of the three televisions on second floor two did not work properly. Bathrooms had not been cleaned moldy shower curtain soap encrusted shower doors. Cockroach carcasses on floors. Very good location and comfortable home however general cleanliness and maintenance was disappointing for the rental price. Sorry I cannot give a better review.

Truly spectacular house with a few maintenance problems
This was our our 5th summer at 29552 Cove Way. It is a true paradise filled with light bay breezes and comfortable and inviting spaces. We have 3 meals a day on the porch overlooking the bay and watch sunsets from the deck. The hop across the highway to the beach is fast and easy. The beach is clean and wide and empty of crowds. We hope to return every year forever! Our only complaint with the house was that it had not been fully checked for maintenance when we arrived -- there were light bulbs burned out all over the house the kitchen sink was leaking one of the burners on the stove did not work properly some of the outlets were not working and there was no gas in the grill. We called Wilgus on Monday morning. Their initial reaction was that we should try to do some of these repairs ourselves. After we refused a repair person was sent to fix much of it however we were told that we would have to go out and buy our own gas reimbursable. Generally we have been very happy with Wilgus but we felt that for the cost of this house that maintenance response was pretty underwhelming -- especially being asked to take precious time out of our vacation to go buy gas for the grill.
