Another great Bethany Beach Vacation!
The house was extremely clean which is very important. The location is great. The flat screen TVs are a nice upgrade. I do feel the washer and dryer need to be replaced -- they are very old. Also the steps going up the side of the house were worn and wobbly. We had a wonderful time -- the weather was great and the beach is a stones throw away. - All the staff at the realty company were extremely nice and very helpful. We would use this company again in a flash.

Busy but relaxing stay
We enjoyed this beach rental and we had a nice relaxing stay. We do however have a few comments about the wd and the small shower stall in the master bathroom. We found that the washerdryer were both rather old and too small to accomodate towels and the wash needs of a family of six. We had to hang dry everything in order to get things dry. Also the shower stall in the master bath is very small. Otherwise the house was comfortable and a good price.

We had a very nice time!
The home was well maintained. Freshly painted and furnished in the master bedroom living room and dining room. I would recommend that the old pine tree be taken down in the back yard for a better view of the canal. Also painting the old kitchen cabinets is a minimal cost and would really add the the updated living area. Location was perfect to access the beach area. Having a parking pass was also very convenient

always a good time with our family
The house had a few broken items. It was not a clean as some homes we have stayed in. Although the vacum that is there is not the greatest. The ladies at the rental office at check in and leaving were wonderful. Very quick and pleasant.

Great time!
This beach house is older but comfortable. We had a great time with our friends and family. We love Bethany!

Great spot in S Bethany open floorplan walkable to beach
We found the house to be just as we expected from the online listing. Main floor is open with serviceable kitchen nice living area with flat-screen TV and a big sunroom that pulls in a nice breeze. First floor MBR is nice and upstairs bedrooms 2 are fine in size. Tv in upstairs bedroom does not appear to have cable other two flatscreen TVs did have cable. Master bath is small but fine. We didnt use the second main floor bathroom because it didnt appear to be cleaned from the previous tenant. Upstairs bathroom features a full bath and shower. The house is in walking distance to the beach and also to Grotto and to McCabes two must-visit places if you stay here! For kids not much outside area for them to play considering the canal abuts the backyard. But thats a great feature and one view we certainly enjoyed! To sum it up we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and received what we expected -- a great vacation at a great South Bethany house.

Our Labor Day weekend trip
We only stayed from Fri. thru Monday for the Labor Day weekend holiday. The house was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and we got a great nights sleep. The kitchen is a bit small but was ok for the time we were there. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch wish all the windows would have been able to open up. If the owners could invest a little to make the porch a little more upgraded and put in a patio on the back of the house it would be pretty. All in all it was a great stay. Loved it. Would go back again.
