125 Elizabeth Court, South Bethany

We have been traveling to South Bethany for several years. We love the area the family atmosphere and the ability to travel to other resort towns Ocean City Md. if a more active area is wanted. We stayed at this particular property last year and my husband vowed we wouldnt stay here ever again. We opted to stay here again as the owner had promised to update some of the interior and the price was the same as last years rental something the owner agreed to. we appreciated this and looked forward to a great two weeks. Unfortunately not everything was up to par. The living room furniture was new and some of the flooring was also updated. The refrigerator was the same as was the dryer which was inoperable until the second week. Upon our arrival at the property after receiving the key we walked into a property that had not been cleaned. We were refunded a nights stay by annette but the dryer remained unusable until Tuesday of the second week. I called Crystal on Tuesday of the first week regarding the broken lint screen which was broken last year a blocked dryer vent and an overheating dryer. My husband finally cleaned the dryer vent from the outside a huge amount of lint came out a certain fire hazard. I had to go to the laudromat for over a week. finally on tuesday of the second week Daves appliance was dispatched with a new lint screen and cleared out tons of sand from the dryer. I feel both my time and my husbands vacation was impacted.
