Family owned and operated since 1945, Wilgus Associates offers its owners a full-time staff of Rental Professionals that are equipped with the areas top technology in reservation and accounting software, accompanied by the local knowledge of over 75 years of combined experience in Summer Rentals in our community.

We offer an outstanding array of services to our clients beginning with state of the art software capabilities that will allow us to have online availability and online booking with a credit card. We will personally contact each guest utilizing our online booking reservation system to insure accuracy and satisfaction. We remain open 7 days a week throughout the year. All rental properties will appear in our Rental Brochure and on our website, which will also show interior photos of the property. We offer in-house janitorial services and routine maintenance personnel. We have achieved priority status with local tradesmen (HVAC, plumbers, appliance repairs, etc.), which allow us to address any maintenance issue in a quick and efficient manner. We require 50% deposit + any fees and taxes at the time of booking and the final payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Monies are dispersed to owners at the end of each month, with final accounting at the end of the year.
