Laurie Anderson | Administration

Laurie has been with Wilgus Associates since March 2008 as a Real Estate Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist.  She is happily married to her husband Jerry and together they enjoy spending time with their three children; Carcen, Kiersten and Colby.

Mary Hill | Administration

Mary Hill has been the Administrative Assistant in the Georgetown office since 1990. She is still the "smiling face" that will greet you when you enter. She enjoys meeting the public, and in her leisure, she likes fishing, concerts and dining with friends and family.

Lauren Griffith | Administrative Assistant

Lauren Griffith has been a Real Estate Administrative Assistant for nearly 4 years, joining Wilgus Associates Property Management in 2007. She is a 2001 graduate of Indian River High School. Lauren resides in Fenwick Island with her 2 yard old daughter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Silvia Gaona | Administrative Assistant

Silvia moved to Sussex County in 2005 from Washington D.C. She graduated from Indian River High School in 2006, and joined Wilgus Associates in June 2007. Silvia works in the Vacation Rental Department at our Bethany Beach office location. She enjoys helping the rental agents and assisting owners and renters. Her goal is to become a licensed REALTOR soon.  Not only does Silvia work full-time at Wilgus Associates but, she also attends school at Delaware Tech and hopes to use her college education to benefit herself and the company.

During her spare time she enjoys  family and friends and wishes it was summer at the Delaware Beaches year round.
