Annette is a true Delawarean graduating from St. E's in Wilmington, DE and Goldey Beacom College. She has resided in Sussex County for the past 25 years. She has been active in her community and is a member and past president of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She has been involved with the Rental Affairs Committee almost from the beginning and served as chirperson in 2003. She was the first recipient of the "Outstanding Rental Agent Award 2004" and was honored with a plaque at the Installation Dinner of officers for Sussex County Association of Realtors.
While chairing this committee, she hopes to bring to light some distinctinve ideas and goals that relate to our vacation rental industry. In the past, this valuable committee has been recognized for its input on continuing education classes, its positive impact on the tourist industry as a whole, its knowledge of the beach towns with agents form all of the areas, including western Sussex County.
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at 8 a.m. All Realtors are welcome.
