Michael L. Wilgus is a 1977 graduate of Indian River High School and a 1981 graduate of the University of Delaware. Michael became part of Wilgus Associates in 1981 and has progressed within the company, beginning as a clerk in the Summer Rental Department, followed by becoming a Rental Agent, Real Estate Sales Agent, Associate Broker, Vice President of Wilgus Associates, Broker of Record, and in 2002 became the President of Wilgus Associates, Inc.
Michael is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Ocean View Church of Christ, and a past President of both the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce and the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company. David Wilgus | Insurance Agent (Commercial Lines), Secretary and Treasurer
David T. Wilgus is a 1981 graduate of Indian River High School and a 1985 graduate of the University of Delaware. He is a graduate of the Insurance Institute of America and is a member of The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
In 1992, David was recognized as the Delaware Insurance Agent of the Year by the Delaware Field Represanitives of Delaware. In 1996, he was elected President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Delaware. In 2002, 2004 and 2008, Wilgus Associates, Inc.'s Insurance Department was recognized as one of the top insurance agencies in the United States by Regan Consulting's Best Practices Survey.
David is a Deacon of the Ocean View Church of Christ. He also is on the Board of Directors of Delaware National Bank and is an assistant Boy Scout Troop Leader for Troop 281.

Tim Hill | Senior Property Manager and Vice President
Timothy C. Hill has 28 years experience in the real estate industry. Tim began his real estate career in the Baltimore area in 1979 as a real estate sales agent, property manager and construction contractor.
Tim moved to Sussex County in 1985 and began working at Wilgus Associates in 1986 as a summer rental agent. Tim became property manager in 1988 and in 2006 became corporate vice president. Tim resides in Georgetown Delaware with his wife Cindy and daughters Elizabeth and Mary.

Charissa has vacationed in Bethany since she was 8 years old and fell in love with the area many years ago. She chose to make this her permanent residence in April 1988.

Kylie Wilgus Givens is a 2001 graduate of Indian River High School and a 2006 graduate of Goldey Beacom College where she obtained a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management. Crystal is a life long native of Sussex County and attended Indian River High School. After graduating she enlisted in the United States Air Force and served her Country from 1994 to 1999 as a Security Forces Specialist (MP). After returning home, she continued in the law enforcement arena until starting at the front desk of the Rental Department. Kyle Brasure is a 2001 graduate of Indian River High School. Upon graduation Kyle began working for his family's restaurant business located in Bethany Beach. Kyle has also worked for 3 years in the automotive sales business.

Tom moved to Delaware from Chester county, PA 23 years ago and became a permanent resident of Fenwick Island 3 years ago. Georgia Redmon has been an employee of Wilgus Associates, Inc. for eight years (2000). She came to Wilgus as a licensed property and casualty agent with ten years of insurance experience.
