Masseys Landing

Considered the "Center for Commerce and Good Living in Southern Delaware," golfers, anglers, and nature lovers delight in Millsboro's great outdoors! Whether you’re teeing off at Baywood Greens, watching the bald eagles roost on Millsboro Pond, boating on the Indian River and Bays or braving the Atlantic's waters to reel in that big one, greater Millsboro's amenities are sure to please you.

Conveniently located in the center of scenic southern Delaware, Millsboro and its communities of Oak Orchard, Long Neck and Gumboro are all less than 30 miles from Delaware’s Atlantic Ocean Resorts. Beautifully situated on the “Back Bay”, Millsboro is at the headwaters of the tidal Indian River, and Long Neck is situated between the Indian River Bay and Rehoboth Bay. There are also many freshwater waterways in which to fish, boat, birdwatch or simply sight-see . . . Millsboro Pond, Betts Pond and Ingrams Pond to name a few. In addition, the town preserves the heritage of our local Native American tribe, the Nanticoke Indians. The annual Nanticoke Indian Pow Wow is held each September in Millsoboro and the The Nanticoke Indian Museum, located in Oak Orchard is open to the public year-round. The Millsboro area is one of the most relaxing, comfortable and friendly communities in the region. There are housing opportunities for every budget also: “in-fee”, single family homes, condos, and townhouses, manufactured homes on leased land, year ‘round rentals and vacation rentals.
