When do you accept reservations?

We begin accepting new reservations as rates are added. Most homes are live by Sept 1. Partial Rentals (3 night minimum), available in some units. Taxable areas: Bethany Beach 7%; Fenwick Island 7.5%; South Bethany 8%., Ocean View 5%, Millville 2%.  Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.

When is Check-in?

As units become available (cleaning and scheduled maintenance are complete) we will contact you to let you know that you may check-in early. If you do not get an early in call/text, you may check-in any time after 4 p.m.  Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed. You may use our convenient Drive-up Window to check in. If you will be arriving after 5 p.m. you may pick up your check-in package from the Rental Lobby (open 24hrs).  Your package will have an envelope with your last name on it. 

When is check out?

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Keys must be returned to our office at that time. Once keys are returned to our office the property may not be occupied or re-entered for any reason. A key drop box is provided outside our office door for early departures. Late check-outs are subject to additional charges. We ask that you leave the premises in the same general condition as it was found. We do not expect you to undertake any heavy cleaning tasks.

What if I have to cancel?

In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you are responsible for the full amount of your original agreement. Only IF we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less the booking fee). All cancellations must be put in writing and received by our office prior to re-renting. *The Booking Fee is NOT Refundable*

Can I bring my dog?

MOST homes are NOT dog friendly. Violation will result in eviction. We do have a large inventory of dog friendly homes available with a refundable deposit, additional cleaning charge and some charge a dog fee. Look for the “paw” icon or ask an agent for more information.
