A great family beach retreat! This large family home with inverted floor plan is just three tenths of a mile to the sand and only one block to the town center. Located on the second floor you will find 5 bedrooms and a bonus room (sun room) with sleep sofa. All rooms have TV. The top floor (3rd floor) has large open concept kitchen, dining and living area, large master suite, screened porch and access to observation sun deck. No smoking.

We love staying at 1 Kent Ave especially since the home is dog friendly and close to the boardwalk. We have visiting Bethany for 38 years and this place is one we keep coming back to rent.

Back to Bethany Beach

We had a wonderful time. We are a large family (14) and the space worked beautifully. The dining room table was especially enjoyed - lots of gaming and eating. It was convenient to shopping and the beach.

If you have 10+ people and pets this is your place

This large house has 6 bedrooms and a sunroom which can be a 7th bedroom. Most bedrooms have a TV. The kitchen is well stocked for 10 people at least. There are 2 outside porches and a roof deck. There is a picnic table and a grill. We always order sheets and towels delivered which makes packing easier.
