Top floor has loft style sitting area and 4 more bedrooms and 2 full baths. No smoking.

Community Info: Bethany West, located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway is a single home community with single and multilevel vacation homes. The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground and tennis courts are available to renters by paying a $30 per person community fee. Fitness Center is open to all adults 18 years of age and older. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Fitness Center at any time. Amenities: Outdoor community pool, playground, access to Bethany trolley and tennis courts.

This was our 2nd year at this property with our family. Property great for 6 adults, 4 grandchildren. Property clean, great location for grandchildren to ride their bikes. Great pool access and less than 2 miles to beach. Residence parking passes worked out great for parking.

Family Favorite

We have rented this same house for a few years now. It is the perfect setup for our family trips that combine two sets of grandparents, one small family, and an Aunt. It is a short bike ride to the beach and the main strip in Bethany. It is always clean and well-maintained.

Lovely large house in a quiet community. Lots of room for a big family of 9 with kids.The house has everything you need for comfort and was very clean. The community is very well maintained and family oriented . Enjoyed the gym, pool, trolley and neighborhood walks. Pretty close to the beaches and town .

Beach House

This was a great house but we would have packed differently, brought more bikes, etc, if we had known how far the house was from the beach. It was 8 blocks at least and the information had it much closer. It was necessary to cross a major highway. More of a bike ride than a walk.

Great place!!!

The house is amazing and well kept. We had a great time. We comfortably fit 9 adults and 1 toddler. It was nice that there was a high chair and a baby gate. The beach is a bit of a walk with all the stuff but having the parking passes helped with all the stuff. We were able to walk into town and enjoy evenings there. The bed in the master bedroom downstairs was not comfortable. I did not sleep well much at all that week. A lot of us also developed sinus issues while in the house. Not sure if that was dust or what. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

511 Doral review

We had a terrific week. Wilgus staff were very helpful and friendly, the house was in excellent condition and in a nice quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach. With young children, we especially liked the screened porch, and the neighborhood pools and playground. There was also a library in the neighborhood, and that would have been helpful if we had a bad weather day. Being west of route 1 was somewhat inconvenient, since our small children could not walk that distance, but having the trolley did make that easier to handle.

Great beach house

The house was spacious and fit our party of 7 adults and three young kids nicely. We love this community for its walkability, outdoor pools, tennis courts and activities. Easy walk to the beach but not necessarily carrying all of your stuff. Had a great week that went by too fast!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s our second stay at this beach house. The house is spacious. Love the screened in porch and the living area. Great Master Suite. Good parking for our growing family. The walk to the beach is doable but long for our grandchildren. Bethany West has great amenities, pools, playground, sports courts. Very nice community.

We have an annual reunion of about 50 each year. Obviously we rent more than this house but this has become a favorite and must have property. Roomy, comfortable.

Beautiful, spacious home and neighborhood

The home was perfect for our little family get away. Everything was in pristine condition and checking in/out was a breeze. There was only one issue with the property and that was the kitchen vent was not working, so anything that we cooked the smell really stuck around in the house for a few hours. Other than that I have no complaints. Ensure you are aware there are no linen and towels and its an extra $252 charge, we paid for linen and towels and never used it. I think we might've used 2 towels.
