The property was cleaned well before we arrived, the only thing wrong is the property is showing a queen sleeper sofa, which did not have a sleeper.

Very Satisfied

Our stay at Sea Colony was wonderful. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. If they don’t have an answer to your question, they find the answer for you without leaving you stranded. The unit we stayed in had a new sofa and two reclining chairs. We were a bit confused because the unit is listed as sleeping eight but the sofa is not a sleeper so only six would be able to have beds. The amenities are always a plus. This place is a class act. Next July will be ten years we’ve been in the same unit! Can’t wait to return, it truly is our happy place!

The mattress pad had an unknown stain on it so we called and a new one was brought to the apt. The person bringing it entered without knocking and without a mask which concerned us. Otherwise things were in order. Wilgus personnel are great to work with.

Wonderful location and recently updated unit

This is our family’s 8th year in this unit. It was recently painted and a few updates. However, please please consider replacing the hideous dirty looking sofa/pull out bed! It has been here all 8 years and was in bad shape the first year we stayed. Other than the sofa, we absolutely love this place. It’s so nice to have coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Everyone affiliated with the rental property is friendly and goes out of their way to help, if needed. Don’t hesitate, this is a gem!
