This three bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has a nice open floor plan including an all seasons room and outside shower. Sleeping a family of 6 with all Bedrooms located upstairs. Community pool is available free of charge. Kitchen nicely stocked and home is very family friendly. New living room and stairs carpet in 2021. Nice side yard for children to run and play games or spread a blanket for a picnic lunch.The home is located within walking distance of a number of nearby restaurants including Grotto's Pizza, DiFebo's Restaurant and Market and Bethany Diner, as well as a WAWA convenience store. For more restaurants and shops you can also walk, bike, drive, or take the trolley into town in season. Bethany Beach is a short 1.2 miles away. No smoking. No fireplace use.
