Open concept living with one bedroom and full bath located on first floor, two bedrooms plus a master suite (renovated for 2023) on the second floor and an additional hall bath. Just three blocks to the beach. No smoking. Walk, Bike or take the trolley to the beach.

-Saturday to Saturday only.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $230
-Bedding: King, Double + Queen, 2 twins, Queen (sleeps 10)
-Dog friendly. 2 dog max. 30LBS or smaller. $150 fee each dog. $100 pet clean. $250 deposit.
-WIFI - Yes
-Appliances: Microwave, Blender, toaster Oven, Standard Coffee, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher
-Outside: Gas grill, Enclosed outside shower
-TV: Cable
-Bikes (3), Beach chairs (6), Wagon (1), Beach Umbrella (1), toys - (items not guaranteed).
-parking: 2 (1 parking permit provided for Bethany). Garage available for storage only.
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Great week in Bethany Beach!

Wonderful week in this lovely home. Good location, nice neighbors, friendly dogs, pretty pool, good experience checking in and out. Nice touches throughout, loved the bikes and beach chairs on loan.
