Community Info: Bethany West, located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway is a single home community with single and multilevel vacation homes. The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground, pickle ball and tennis courts are available to renters by paying a $30 per person community fee. Fitness Center is open to all adults 18 years of age and older. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Fitness Center at any time. Amenities: Outdoor community pool, playground, access to Bethany trolley and tennis courts. Kayak Ramp located behind back pool

Loving this Spacious 4 BR / 4 Bath Home

This is the fifth year that our 11 person family has rented this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. We love the open floor plan and the closeness to the trolley and downtown. The owners have furnished their home very nicely. We hope that it will be available to our family for many years to come.

We have stayed here several times. The place has a great floor plan. Plenty of bathrooms and sleeping accommodations. Huge master bedroom and bathroom. It has a large kitchen and eating area. Perfect for entertaining. Nice patio out back for outdoor eating or happy hour. The place is always clean. Beach access is doable either by walking, car, or trolley. Eateries and shopping stores all within short driving distance. Great community for biking or an evening walk. We love it.

We had a great beach experience again this year! The house was spacious, nicely decorated, close to the downtown, on the trolley route, and clean. The check-in and check-out processes were dry quick and smooth. Wilgus was very efficient and helpful.

Family beach vacay

We really enjoyed our week at this rental in Bethany West. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The location was great, neighborhood amenities (especially pickle ball!) were used, and the house was well equipped. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the rental company. I would recommend and not hesitate to rent this wonderful home again.
