One bedroom and half bath located on first floor, two bedrooms plus a master suite on the second floor. Just three blocks to the beach. Walk, bike or drive to town (permit included). Enclosed outside shower, open living and dining area. No fireplace use. No smoking.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $245

Great Rental

The house was spacious, well equipped, and worked well for having two 11 month old babies with us. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Being in the neighborhood was quiet and felt very private. Having the option of the community pool or the beach was a great option to have. We have already signed up to return next year.

Another great vacation

WE love the location of Bethany Proper. This was our 5th year. This unit had so many accommodations for the kids. The unit was clean and comfortable for the 4 adults and 3 children between the ages 11-8. Thank you

Great location, comfortable and well equipped

Effortless rental experience. Home was in a great location, walking distance to beach and a short bike ride to town. Nice pool on site. Home was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had a problem with the washing machine and the Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back.
