We have stayed in 319 Oakwood for the past 2 years. The house is just beautiful! It is vey clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything that one would want to cook dinner and is set up well. The only critical thing that I can say is that there are no comfortable chairs or furniture of any kind to just sit on the screened porch to read a book or just relax. However, that should not be a reason to not stay in this house. It is just beautiful and makes our beach vacation very special. We hope to rent it many more times.
