Two bedrooms and a full bath also on this level. The top floor features a second sitting area, two more bedrooms and a full bath. Outside shower, WIFI, Keurig and standard coffee pot, gas grill and more. Located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Campbell Place. (backs to Garfield Parkway shops). Walk to downtown Bethany or stroll the boardwalk. Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Applicable taxes and fees may apply. This is a wonderful house. Our family from Pittsburgh and our friends from Jersey have been vacationing in Bethany and staying in this house for many years. The house is always clean, steps to the beach and a great place to make memories!

We have been renting 100 Campbell Place the same week every year for about 8 years now. The house is always very clean when we get there and the gas grill is spotless. The location to the beach and the town is great. The only down side to staying right in the town is the trucks you hear every morning which wake you up unless you are a sound sleeper. The sleep sofa in the loft needs replacing(the mattress) as it is very uncomfortable if you use it. You can also throw a blow-up bed up there if need be. Everything works well in the house. The shower down under the house in the car port is great too. There is also plenty of parking. Over all, a very enjoyable experience!
