Community tennis and marina access (west side) so bring your boat!. Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. No smoking.

This home was built in 1971 with creosote pilings. The house has been inspected. There have been reviews of a “smell” primarily in the downstairs, bunk room area . It is EPA certified non toxic and during humid days may be more pronounced. There will be NO REFUNDS because of this smell.
