-* Children are not to be using the elevator and hot tub unsupervised.
-*Refrigerator & Freezer temperature settings are not to be changed. Excessive cold settings can potentially cause the water filter or water hoses to crack and leak causing major damage.
-*Green Energy House. Maximum cool temperature 70 degrees. Setting AC below that temp can also cause the A/C unit damage working too air and condensation freezing.
