Great “near the beach” home

Less than 10 minutes drive to the ocean beaches in Bethany! Beautiful backyard on a canal where you can keep a small boat to go into the Indian River Bay. Quiet street. 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 full baths. Great, responsive owners. There’s even a garage. A bonus is that your dog is welcome!

Fun getaway

Perfect place for a get away with the kids and the dog! Place was very roomy and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. It was so nice to sit out back on the canal when we got back from the beach.

Canalside family vacation

We loved the canalside location and outdoor spaces. The house had a surprising number of spaces for relaxing--sunroom, porch, plus bedroom and big family room/kitchen area. Not the best spot if you like to go for walks (lots of cul-de-sacs and relatively busy connector roads due to the canals), but otherwise pretty convenient while being tucked away! Quick drive to beach or James Farm Ecological Preserve.

Lakeside Cottage Next to the Beach

We rented a beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bathroom lakeside cottage to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday party. The house was roomy, had a gorgeous lakefront view with a fully stocked kitchen that had multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. We had plenty of living and entertainment space for three adults and three children under ten years old. I highly recommend renting this home for your beach and lakeside celebration.
