If you're a nature enthusiast, be sure to take advantage of the nearby walking trails within the James Farm Ecological Preserve or the Fresh Pond, both of which are located right off of Cedar Neck Road. Great House and Great Location

Brilliant! The house was better than expecte, very clean and had all the appliances we would find at home and it had plenty of room for 9 of us and the dogs. Very convenient for groceries and the beach. Perfect holiday and worth every penny. Vert quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property as long as you don't choose the same week as us!

Beach week with friends

We really enjoyed our stay at 415 Katie Street. The home was very well appointed and the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. We chose the location because we had friends in the neighborhood who also saw the property and were impressed. We had two maintenance issues which were dealt with as promptly as they could be. The AC system worked fine on both levels in contrast to one review that complained that the upstairs bedrooms were not cool. We enjoyed the proximity to the trails at Fresh Pond and the easy trip to the beach.

The house was perfect for a family getaway. It was well appointed, had everything we needed and offered enough space indoors and outdoors to not feel crowded. I would definitely recommend this home.
