Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main floor and 1 bedroom, full bath and loft space on the second floor. No smoking in or on property. No loud parties or celebrations. If an event is reported to the HOA, this will result in an immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid.

-Winter Rental: $2400 month + utilities.

-Home is equipped with ring door cameras. They will not be in use during the rental season.

Boaters can enjoy the nearby boat launch at the Assawoman Canal.
