Great location, comfortable and bright!!

We had a wonderful time in this bright and comfy house. The proximity to the beach is fantastic; only a short 2 minute walk. There is ample space for 8 people to gather in multiple spots indoors (living room and expanded dining room with sitting area) and outdoors (2 decks!). While the number and size of the bedrooms provides privacy when needed. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to make meals for a large crowd. Every space is impeccably clean and well maintained. We\'ve earmarked this house for future visits to the beach. It\'s a great place!

A perfect escape

We love the beach all year long! This was the perfect house for a girls (“girls” we are all 40+) weekend. The 5 of us had plenty of room to sleep and hang out, well stocked kitchen and can tell the owners love their home! The walk to the beach from the house is super easy and home is convenient to town, sea colony and nice to have the whole beach to ourselves. Can’t wait to go back in the warm weather months!

Clean, bright and close to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is basically perfect, three minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed our morning coffee with an ocean view from the second story deck. The living space and kitchen were more than generous enough for the eight of us. The kitchen is brand new and the home is clean, bright and cozy. Very homey feel. It\'s also a quick drive to the boardwalk shops and restaurants. The only concern for some guests might be getting luggage up the tight spiral staircase. Overall a wonderful stay. We\'ll definitely be back.

Walk to the beach!

This delightful property was perfect for our last summer getaway. As two families with 8 adults, there was plenty of room, privacy and convenience as the house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were able to spend the day on Bethany\'s lovely uncrowded beach, all while coming home to grab more snacks, drinks or a left behind book. The kitchen, now updated, is now fully equipped (I got to see it after the renovation!) with all the modern amenities for cooking for a crowd. We had dinners each night on the screened in porch and cocktails on the upper deck. It is a real gem. The area, if one gets a rainy day, offers the adorable town and boardwalk for summer browsing with the candy store, ice cream and book stores to browse. There are loads of restaurants, kayaking nearby and inland hikes as well. For a Delaware shore retreat, Bethany, and this sweet home, are just perfect.

So close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay. It\'s truly a one minute walk to the beach and we woke up every morning and had coffee on the deck. We are cooks and the kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs has two inside areas to hang-out in (not including the eat-in kitchen) as well as the screened in porch so we never felt cramped - even though we had 7 people in the house. The upstairs only has one bathroom for 3 bedrooms but we all used the outer shower so it really didn\'t make a difference. We will definitely come back to this house.
