Please read before reserving:
It is the policy of Wilgus Associates, Inc. to rent to family groups only, or to non-family groups where the guests are 25 years of age or older. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members. A non-family group is defined as unrelated adults.
Wilgus Associates, Inc. reserves the right to refuse rental, cancel existing reservations and refund deposits, and terminate occupancy without refund if the occupancy is determined to be detrimental to the property and its owner whom we represent. In addition, the number of occupants shall not at anytime exceed the maximum limit set. Wilgus Associates, Inc has an Agency Relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired by, and is paid by, the Owner for the services rendered. In all negotiations regarding this confirmation agreement, Agent will be representing the best interests of the Owner.
Person reserving this property must be the person checking in, or Agent has the right to refuse occupancy and treat this reservation as a cancellation and retain deposit. The Property must be occupied by the Guest identified herein and all occupants of the premises shall be supervised by that Guest for the entire duration of the rental period. The occupancy shall not exceed the number of persons identified as Max Occupancy on the Confirmation Agreement. Guest agrees that this Agreement may not be assigned or the Property sublet for any reason. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for immediate eviction. In pet friendly properties there will be an additional $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $250.00 refundable deposit manually charged. (please note that some properties charge more)
Full deposit is required at the time of booking to make an on-line reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check-in date and Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless and until said amount has been paid to Agent. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you are responsible for the full amount of your original agreement. Only IF we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less a 15% penalty on total gross rent). All cancellations must be put in writing and received by our office prior to re-renting. Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of deposit and the cancellation policy will apply at that time.
A booking fee of $250.00 and a $50.00 security deposit waiver are charged on each reservation, along with a $75.00 refundable key/permit deposit. Some properties have additional fees; such as community fees, municipal taxes, and recreation badge fees. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of Owner/Agent.
Optional Travel Insurance is available upon request. Optional linen/towel rental is also available upon request.
