Perfect location!

We had a nice stay at 105 Cedarwood. The home is just a few houses away from the beach so a very short walk and it less than a half mile to downtown Bethany. You can get access to Sea Colony beaches, pools, gyms, and courts if for a fee. We usually stay in Sea Colony condos and decided to give a house a try. This one worked out perfectly for our family of seven. The house has a decent amount of living space, wonderful screened porches and decks, and ample parking. It's got fairly basic finishes and could use some new carpeting, but otherwise it was perfectly fine for a week at the beach.

Unbeatable location, house needs some TLC

This house is at a fantastic location, only the third house from the beach and the 4th of July parade passes right by the front of the house. Our family spent a fair bit of time at the beach and it's nice to be able to run back to the house for lunch or a break and get back to the beach easily. The decks were great for gatherings and are new. However, the rest of the house is in some need of TLC. Several light bulbs do not work throughout the house, but in particular the family room ends up being too dim for reading or board games in the evening. Several other appliances in the unit like vacuum cleaner, toaster and window A/C unit also do not work well or don't work at all. Overall I had a pleasant stay but will likely not choose this house next time.

Overall, it was very good. Weather cooperated and the house met our expectations, for the most part. The master bedroom on the second floor posed a problem for me because of my aging knees. The interior (living/dining room) lighting was inadequate for reading after dark. The location is superior. When we reported a toilet malfunction, the Wilgus repair technician arrived promptly to remedy the problem.
