Inside you will find an updated and modern home that still features all of it's original beach charm! 6 bedrooms with 4 full baths, no tubs all showers and enclosed outside shower. Beautiful gourmet kitchen with new refrigerator 2024. Home sleeps 14 comfortably. Very nice all season room and small second floor deck. Nice patio with fire pit and grass yard with ample parking. Less than half a block to the beach and boardwalk. Short walk to downtown and the beach. Rear garage has been converted to a family area. Remote available for garage if needed with a deposit.

-Saturday to Saturday 5/31-09/30. (Flex booking all other dates)
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $300
-Bedding: Queen, Queen, Queen, Queen, Queen, King, (King bed=-Double Sleep Sofa)
-Bathrooms only have showers.
-Pets: Not allowed

Perfect in Every Way
My family and I enjoyed our stay at 105 Central Blvd in Bethany Beach. The house is quite comfortable with attractive furnishings, comfy beds. outdoor seating and everything imaginable in the well-equipped kitchen.

Beach Vacation

We had such a wonderful vacation at Bethany and this was the perfect beach house! We were 6 adults and 5 kids and fit into the house with no problem.
The house is close to the beach and is just a short walk to the downtown area. The home itself is beautiful, kitchen is spacious and updated, rooms comfortable, porch space perfect for morning coffee. The outdoor area out back was such a nice space to sit and relax after a day at the beach. The kids especially loved the finished garage.
Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Beach House
Property is a beautifully restored cottage with plenty of room for multiple family/generational use. The newly added garage "lounge" space is great (though gets extremely hot) for evenings socializing and the house location is excellent. Property was clean upon arrival. Photo accurately depict the property. Would definitely rent again!

Consistently Comfortable

My family enjoyed our second stay in this home this summer and had a lovely week once again. It's a very comfortable home, well-stocked kitchen, and the upgrades to the garage added a nice space to hang out, especially when we were out with the kids in the backyard.
One disappointment, completely beyond the control of Wilgus or the homeowner, is that the beach is currently undergoing maintenance at the nearest access points. We had to walk a bit further to get to the beach and that area was busier than usual because more people were using a smaller space. It didn't effect our stay tremendously, but other guests this summer should be aware. Again, I certainly do not hold Wilgus or the homeowner in any way responsible, of course.

Loved it!
We loved the location. This charming house suited our family and friends perfectly over the two weeks we were there - plenty of comings and goings. Felt the house should have been cleaner. We needed to reclean all the showers and sweep the floor upon arrival. Furnishing very comfortable. We would rent this again!

Fabulous beach vacation

My family looks forward to our stay at the Gray home each August. The location is perfect and home in good condition. The kitchen is a generous size, accommodating all the “cooks” in our group! Very clean and only one appliance issue, the freezer drawer needs to be adjusted. Management is alerted to this need.

Great location. Half block to beach and only 2 blocks to center of downtown Bethany Beach. Three sons and spouses from Boston, Cambridge and Baltimore joined us for the week. A family get-together in addition to Christmas.

An Awesome Adventure
This rental was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 3 children. We had plenty of room without being too big. The kitchen was well stocked for a family of cooks. The backyard patio was a bonus for small children. The window seat in the sunroom was a favorite early morning spot. It is so walkable to everything. We only got in the car once the whole week. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The whole house was child friendly. We would love to stay here again.

Love this home!

Once again our family stay was over the top, each member, six of us, shared and individual experiences. Good location so not much driving needed unless to explore surrounding towns.
However, the previous renters proved to be quite a challenge for the cleaning crew and required a second visit prior to our settling in. The owners need to address the washing machine issue and more than likely replace since it seems worn out!.
We love this home and look forward to 2022 “at the beach!”

In Town House: Close to Beach

Very comfortable beach house sleeps 12 comfortably. Good flow from the front porch through the living room, dining room and kitchen to two bedrooms and a laundry room in the back. Upstairs contains very large bedroom and bathroom with a small porch which can be closed off from the other bedrooms. Modern, comfortable furniture. A long bench with arms in the dining room makes seating difficult around the dining room table. Excellent location for walking into town. Have enjoyed staying in this house over many summers.

Wonderful Family Memories

Early in January 2021, we started to discuss taking a family vacation to Delaware beaches. Our family is spread throughout the US and we were so ready to put COVID behind us but were still concerned. We took the plunge, however, and contacted Wilgus. We fell in love with this property due to its size and overall decor and appearance. As time got closer and it appeared that we would be able to get vaccinated, our excitement grew. That week, we got to be together as a family--our four children, their spouses, and two of our grandchildren. Fortunately, another family were able to book a place right up the street from us.
What a great time had by all. These memories will be long remembered!
We hope that next year, we can repeat this experience!!
