This charming home has an open concept main floor including one bedroom, one bath and large deck/screened porch. The middle level features three more bedrooms and a full baths.New ground level half bath. Large outside shower with nice changing area. This is the perfect getaway for any beach lover. You are only steps from the sand and the views from large screened porch and decks are amazing! Never been to Fenwick Island? The beach is large and less crowded. Not to mention you are only a short walk from mini-golf, ice cream, pop corn, shopping and several restaurants. No smoking.

Great view/Needs new carpet

Can’t beat the oceanfront location, but very musty smell and old carpet that needs to be updated. Comfortable, but a lot of flies. Well stocked with dishes and nice Weber gas grill. Nice refrigerator. Three bedrooms sufficient on first floor, but very musty. Bedroom on kitchen level has bathroom with old accordion doors and cluttered storage. Whole place needs to be deep-cleaned and de-cluttered. Nice outdoor shower. Pricey for what you get, but is oceanfront which is convenient and can walk to restaurants.

Can’t beat the location.
Our stay at 1309 Bunting Ave was great. You can’t beat the view from the screened in deck. Watched the sunrise from there. It’s not the most updated property inside but worked well for us. This house has everything from a well stocked kitchen to chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, kites, lots & lots of sand toys & 2 carts to get it all to and from the beach. The beach access is only one house away. There are books, games & puzzles. There are also some bicycles available but we didn’t use them. The outdoor shower is very nice. The beds are comfortable & the AC worked great. If I have any complaint it is that the sliding door onto the upstairs deck doesn’t slide too easily anymore. My arms got a workout from that. Overall we had a great week staying at this property.

It was our first time booking with Wilgus and it was a great experience! Love the quick drive through check in and out.
The house is in an amazing location! The back decks were a perfect spot for relaxing, reading, or eating a meal with our family. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The gas grill and tools for it were great! There was plenty of space for us to spread out on the main floor living space or downstairs with the other bedrooms. There was a nice selection of board and card games and some books.The outdoor shower space was awesome as well as the storage for all of the beach chairs, toys, etc. Loved that there was so much there to use if needed.
Overall, the house was clean at our arrival. Probably needs a deep cleaning for sand, the fridge, etc. But that would be hard to do between renters. The only real negative was that the house is older and the paneling makes it feel very dark. And it felt a little damp/musty when we arrived.
We pretty much stayed at the house and just enjoyed time on the beach, read, played ball, and games. We ordered dinner from Harpoon Hannahs, Mancinis, Fenwick Crab House and ALbertinos. All were very good and nearby

Great place for family

Home was comfortable and convenient for our family. Plenty of space on the beach to spread out and play games. Really enjoyed screen porch overlooking the dunes to play games or eat meals. Great outdoor shower to clean off the sand when coming back from beach. Even had bikes and bbq grill, unexpected bonus!
