Spacious lovely home walking distance to the beach.

We had a very challenging week because it rained and was windy everyday except one. Our last day! But because the house was neat and spacious, especially the kitchen and dining area, we were able to still relax and enjoy our family. Wilgus Associates worked well with us to accommodate our stay. We have rented this unit for many many years. We love staying at this unit. It's clean, comfortable and homey. We love to sit on the screaned in porch with our coffee. Great conversations have taken place on the porch. We do not want to stay anywhere else.

Great House for a Big Group

This is a great house with plenty of space for multiple families. There is a nice open living space and multiple bedrooms so you don't feel like everyone is right on top of eachother. Easy walking distance to the beach and in a quiet cul de sac.

Family Bethany vacation

The location is perfect minus the highway traffic noise. There was plenty of room for all. The house is fully equipped and clean. This was our third year at Belmont. Perfect for multi families. Convenient to the beach and downtown. Wilgus is a friendly, helpful rental company!

Bethany vacation home

Clean home, convenient to beach. We rode our bikes or walked to everything in Bethany. Loved the quiet peace of this town. Wilgus is very helpful and flexible. The owner is very attentive and willing to meet our needs.

FABULOUS!
When we entered Belmonte/60 we were showered with a bright, clean and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and kitchen very nice. It doesn't get any better than the screened in porch with a cup of coffee. We love the location. It is the kind of home you would want to stay in when you are away from your home.
