Perfect Multi-family Vacation Property

214 Oakwood St., Bethany Beach is the perfect mult-family vacation property (for all 12 of us). The house is bright, spacious and quiet with individual baths, common areas, porches and decks for teens and adults. The Kitchen and Dining areas were just right for many hands cooking and fitting all of us around the table. It is located within an easy three-block walk to the beach, complete with Life Guards and EV charging. The Boardwalk and town center are so close our cars stay parked. Having rented various Bethany properties over the past 14 years this one is the best yet. We’ll be back.

The house is very nice, was clean and well-equipped. The top pull-out drawer in the island was off- track with too many heavy items but we adjusted. Had to get a new air filter for the ac unit and it was cooler afterward. The new refrigerator is very nice and spacious however the icemaker was not functioning well and sometimes not at all. We have stayed in this unit for 3 years now and are very happy with it. We love the location and amenities. Always enjoyable!

We had our 20-somethingth year of awesome family memories made at this property! Enjoyed by all! We did have a hiccup with the property's smoke alarms, which went off for no reason (resolved promptly by Wilgus). The A/C wasn't up to it's normal great work on the main level of the house in the back bedrooms on the left side. Fans helped. Other than those things, it was great!

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful week. The house is so convenient to the beach and to the town of Bethany. We have a large growing family and this house gives us the space we need for both togetherness and privacy. The house is fully stocked with supplies and having beach umbrellas and chairs was an extra bonus. Plenty of parking too. I highly recommend this property. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Wilgus Associates responded quickly to repair.

This was the second year staying here. On the whole our visit was very pleasant. We are 10 people so we needed a house with at least 6 bedrooms. We like having each bedroom have its own bath. The house was clean and neat when we arrived. It has two screened porches--we particularly liked the one in the front. Weather permitting we used it a lot. We also liked the its proximity to the town on Bethany Beach.
