Enjoy staying is this well equipped 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home with all the bells and whistles. Open concept floor plan with master suite on the first floor, powder room, laundry, garage with electric car outlet, rear patio with gas grill. Additional sitting area (loft) on second floor with 3 additional bedrooms and shared bath. Please note that the some of the beds are platform style beds and low to the ground (See pics). . Enjoy a bike or shuttle ride to the beach. Home is equipped with electric charging station in the garage. Microwave, blender, Coffee & Keurig, Toaster & Toaster Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. No smoking.
Other Information:
-Saturday to Saturday rentals (6/17-8/19). (7 night minimum required - all other dates flex start date)
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $192
-Bedding: Double, Queen, Double, Pyramid bunk (double/twin) = sleeps 9
-1.5 miles to the Bethany
-No Pets: This home is animal free. No animals allowed per community (strictly enforced)
-Beach Gear: beach chairs (yes) , beach umbrella (0), various toys - (items not guaranteed).
-Bikes in garage are NOT for use.
-Parking: 2 (electric plug in garage for smart car- Tesla)
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

There is also a multitude of outdoor sport courts including tennis, pickle ball, basketball, walking trails, community areas and outdoor pool w/waterfalls. Use of INDOOR POOL is restricted to owners. Boaters can enjoy the nearby boat launch at the Assawoman canal.
