Come relax in this cozy 1,100sq ft 4 bedroom home on a 1/2 acre private wooded lot! Just a five minute walk to the private, life guarded Middlesex Beach. The private, uncrowded beach is a hidden gem! You will never want to stay elsewhere. Middlesex Beach has beautiful sand, award winning lifeguards, no crowds, and alcohol is permitted (glass containers prohibited). This recently updated house has four bedrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom each have a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a twin above (sleeps 3). The fourth bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds. The main living space is comprised of an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy the WIFI throughout the house. Relax in the living room with a large flat screen TV, or on one of the two screened in porches. Wash off in the outside shower after a relaxing day on the beach. Middlesex Beach is a quiet, family friendly community comprised of dead end streets so there is no through traffic and the neighborhood is perfect for walks or bike rides. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance including The Cottage Cafe, The Boathouse, Pizzeria, Ice Cream, McDonald's, China Express, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Beach Liquors, Walgreens, Dollar General, etc). The Bethany Beach Boardwalk is just a short drive or bike ride away. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD are each about 15 minutes away.
