Perfect

This is our second year at this location and with any luck will become a part of a family tradition! This property is perfect for our multigenerational family vacation, younger ones on one floor and grandparents on another... we meet in the middle! Home is clean, location is perfect, thank you for the opportunity to share in this little piece of heaven on earth!

Fenwick Island Stay

The house is fantastic and we love the location. It is unfortunate that television viewing options did not appear to allow for local television watching, i.e. news and weather. It is also unfortunate that we had to have a subscription to a streaming service in order to watch college football and other sports.

September in Fenwick

We had a lovely week in Fenwick. The weather was perfect until a storm came in on Friday. Sunny and 75 each day. We stay here every September and it never disappoints. Old friends and family, good food and the ocean is always a good thing.

Beach front duplex

We all had a great time this year. The house has 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It has a great location. The furniture is comfortable but outdated.

Ideal in Every Way

This was our first visit at this location. Wilgus was able to work with the owner and adjust check in/out day (October stay) which was huge for us! The house is very clean, well kept, new mattresses, location is ideal for visits north to Lewes/ Rehoboth/ Bethany as well as south to OCMD. The house layout was perfect for our family, we had 4 generations, so young parents/ kids on the top floor and grandparents x2 on the second floor, meeting iin the middle. We will absolutely look to rebook with this owner! Highly recommend!

It was the best vacation for our family. Our children travelled from 3 states so we could be together. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We loved the location. The owner took care of any problems that occurred. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Nice house

House was very clean and did not have all the unnecessary nicnacs you sometimes find at rentals. We didn’t have to worry our 2 year old would break something. House was cool upon arrival. Kitchen also was NOT cluttered so we had use of cupboards. Although we only used two bedrooms it’s very nice they offer 2 king beds so couples don’t have to fight Over the ‘good’ room. Only few complaints were the couches are crapy. They have wooden boards under them to try and make them better but we needed to put comforters under them to give support. Although we have found nearly every rental has ****** couches so it sorta seems to be a common thing. Shower heads unfortunately were disgusting and should be changed or cleaned and no hd box so watching tv was not great. Luckily we brought a chrome cast so we could stream. But the location and view were both great. I’m sure we’ll rent again and just bring stuff to scrub the shower heads. Overall among the nicer places we have found in Fenwick,

Wonderful ocean front location!

Our family has stayed here 3 years straight. WE LOVE THE LOCATION! The check in/out times are perfect.
Bedrooms are comfy, dining room table large enough for 8 people and Kitchen has good supplies. The things that we would change is the deck chairs are not very sturdy and we were not able to sit outside at the table to eat. The sofa with the bed is showing wear (sinking) also the living room wicker chairs, not very sturdy. Overall, we do enjoy vacationing here!

Wonderful Week in Fenwick

Wonderful location just a short walk from the beach with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from levels 2 and 3. Only a short walk from great food, dessert, and miniature golf in the heart of Fenwick Island. Plenty of room for 4 families to have dinner and play party games. Love the small backyard by the dunes for barbecue (the grill worked great) and yard games. The only problem is parking. Only 3 spots including the tight garage.

Great family accommodations!

We loved the condo immediately. Close to a beach access and Bunting is perfect for taking a morning walk. Especially liked each of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. Plenty of living area and large dining room table to seat all. The view of the sunrise is spectacular!!

Fall Beach Week

Had a great time with our annual four-couple beach getaway. We always stay here. Great owner, and 4 bedrooms, 4 baths fit our needs perfectly. Fenwick Island is perfect location for excursions to OC and the DE beach towns. Bonus this year: weather was amazing the entire week!

We have been renting the same house in Fenwick for about 20 years. We always enjoy this time of year. The house is great and right on the beach. Always clean and kept up. Wilgus has been great to work with. Very responsive if there is ever a problem.

A Wonderful Getaway With Family

Waking up to the sounds and sight of the ocean is a pleasure. We were generally quite lucky with the weather for much of the week. The rental is in a great location for restaurants and other activities. Already booked for next summer.

Great house with beautiful ocean view!

Rented this house for family vacation. Perfect layout for 3 adult couples as each bedroom has own bath. Could easily accommodate another couple or 2. The house is updated and well maintained. Super comfortable beds. Paths to the beach just two houses down. Just one street away from main highway with restaurants and shops so very convenient. Still very quiet at the house, you couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Highly recommend!

Great vacation rental

The house was super clean and everything was in very good condition. We have stayed in many ocean front rentals in Fenwick and also used to own an oceanside condo ourselves in Fenwick, and I can say how well maintained this home is and how much space it provides. There are wonderful ocean views and all appliances work great. Mattresses seem like new and were super comfortable (also a rarity for a rental!) It's also great to have a 4 bedroom ocean front with en suites for every room. The owners are wonderful and really take great care of this property. There is even a beautifully manicured front lawn area with some very nice landcaping (super rare at the beach) for kids to play or for some bocce. Lastly, its located on a great block of Fenwick and an easy to walk to so many things.

Fenwick Island Fun

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The beach was so easily accessible, although our legs got a work out in the sand! We had professional photos done and the dune/beach area in our backyard was the perfect backdrop��. We enjoyed watching several foxes who inhabited the dune area, and even dug a den on the property. We watched mourning doves nest and hatch on the deck. We saw dolphins the first few days we were there.
The townhome was perfect for our family number, and well appointed. We got a workout on the steps, though. Loved the convenience to shopping and activities.

Summer family vacation

Great vacation and location as we have stayed here for several years. Would be 5 star although living room furniture is old and a rug in that area would be nice. It would be nice for comfort and noise as well as safety for little ones.
