Ground floor: Small garage, 2nd floor: 2 suites, 1 deck, 3rd floor: open concept kitchen, dining, living area, powder room and deck. 4th floor: 2 suites, 1 deck.

This home is perfect for multi- families or multi- generations. Lots of room. Great new updates. We loved the improved Wi-Fi and beds. The view is great and lots to do within walking distance. We love the quieter family beach.

Vacation rental

Everything was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I only have nice things to say about our unit. I do wish there would have been two bedrooms with ocean view. We all enjoyed the 3rd level with all the open area , Ocean view and Balcony. Plenty of room for our family of 10.

Very Nice and Clean! I would recommend to stay in this unit. It was a great layout for our family of 10. Everyone was very nice when I would call and ask questions. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We so appraised being able to enter at 12 noon.

Wonderful Beach week with the family!

We had a great experience with this rental! The size, location and amenities were perfect for our family group of 10. Interaction with the staff at Wilgus was informative, pleasant, and expeditious. The opportunity to check in to the unit at noon was key! And we did not mind the 9:00 am checkout at all. We look forward to returning!

Condo on beach. Must be in good shape. The stairs are very long and steep but if you make it to the top you are certainly rewarded. Very receptive owner. Beautiful property. Will probably not be back there only because of the stairs.

Great location and very clean

Very clean rental in a great location. We loved the backyard area for the kids. Lots of room to park three to four cars depending on the size. Wifi was a bit of a challenge but we figured it out mid-week. Great customer service with minor issues (bee nest on the porch) Older furniture and small-ish refrigerator but it was great for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We hope to come back here again.

Great location- Ocean Front near great shops and restaurants.

This large home is located near many stores and restaurants but it is on a quiet street and the beach. We love being able to walk to get ice cream and breakfast. We enjoyed the back yard and decks. However, the beds weren't all comfortable and the kitchen could have used some basic items, like a cutting board, grill utensils, and more than 3 wine glasses. Wifi was not strong enough and the bedrooms could have used room-darkening curtains as an option. We will be back next year because we love the location and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom plus the half bath on the living floor, but we hope the owners invest some of our rent money to update the beds and maybe the sofa and kitchen items. The house was spotlessly clean with extra niceties like soap in each bathroom and paper products. Love the outside shower and grill area- a special treat.

Great location

The house was clean and provided plenty of room for our family. My biggest concern is the lack of silverware, especially forks. Only 8 forks were found and that means constant washing when preparing meals.

Summer family beach vacation 2021

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at Ocean Shoals. The rental sits in an ideal location; beach front with easy access to beach and very short walks to shops, ice cream, and restaurants in fenwick. The property was clean inside and out. The small backyard was ideal for grilling and playing corn hole. The street that Ocean Shoals sits on is great for taking bike rides. The kitchen had adequate supplies. The bedrooms were very simple and had very small TVs for watching television. Several of the windows were very difficult to open and shut. It also has three flights of steps (no elevator).

Great location

This property is centrally located to putt putt, ice cream, pop corn and many nice restaurants. The beach front is beautiful and not too crowded. Overall, the house is in good shape but some things are starting to show a bit of age like the stair carpets, the sofas and the small refrigerator. Outside space is wonderful. Parking can fit four cars which is nice for a four bedroom. It was very clean and had some great extras like soap and tp. TV were a disappointment- not high def which was a challenge when watching olympics. (Bedroom TVs were tiny and had no directions to be able to make them work. WiFi was spotty. Rainy days were a challenge) We will be back as the space was great and the balconies were amazing.

Overall the house was nice. Bathrooms néed shower curtains cleaned as they are full of mold. Also need shower mats on the floor as the tile becomes very slippery when wet. One of our teenagers slipped and fell. Luckily no one was hurt.

Great location!

My family has stayed at this locations several times and we have all enjoyed this location and that the unit is very well maintained.
The only drawback is that there is just enough flatware for one meal at a time. With a large family this can be inconvenient.

Best Beach Week Ever

We had a wonderful week at this rental. The views of the ocean are incredible. The beach entrance is one house away and the beach was never crowded. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was great for our family. There were so many restaurants, shops, activities within walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained. I will definitely try to rent this property again the next time we are heading to the beach.
