Unexpectedly nice!!

Clearly much has changed in this home since the older reviews posted. This home is exceptionally clean. There is a brand new master bath with amazing shower head and pressure!! Main floor beds are all extremely comfortable. Kitchen has EVERYTHING! Large screened porch with new sofa and lots of seating and even a table for eating or playing games. Deck access from each main floor bedroom. Community beach access from the backyard. There is a walking boardwalk that you follow to the beach. Great if you are pulling a wagon or cooler.

Unique stay

Though not the best looking property, we were impressed with the amenities, layout and the convenience of the house. Ample amount of puff spaces to enjoy, more than enough sleeping and gathering spaces. Kitchen was well equipped, the house was very worn out, sadly but it was a good stay overall.

Beach week

Wonderful house, has everything needed for a great vacation. Could have been a little cleaner. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired plus they took an hour and a half after our rental time started to finish. Love doing business with Wilgus.

Cotton Patch Hills July 4th Week

Very good experience. Great location. All Cotton Patch properties have direct beach access through a network of walkways. House was well stocked and in mostly good condition. A couple of maintenance issues could be attended to, however.
