Well stocked kitchen: Microwave, Blender, Toaster & toaster oven, Standard coffee pot, 2 Cuisinart and 1 keurig coffee machines, blender and crock pot. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Dishwasher. Additional mini fridge in garage. No smoking. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. Lots of extras in garage for entertainment.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $189
-Bedding: 2 twins, King, Queen, 2 twins (home sleeps 8)
-This home is animal free. Service animal: Owner authorization is required for any request
- Beach gear: Bikes (4), 1 Adult Tricycle, Beach Chairs (8), 3 child beach chairs, Wagon (1) - these items not guaranteed. Corn hole, skim board, boogie boards, 2 wheeled coolers, 2 children life jackets, tennis rackets
Cleaning supplies stocked at house.
-Beach Umbrella (1)- owner provided rental @ Steen's Beach Service located at Maplewood Street during season (mid June to Labor Day)
-parking: 2 + 2 parking passes (Garage for storage use only)
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
