Welcome to Bethany Proper. A great community just 3-4 blocks to the beach. This updated four bedroom unit is the larger of the two floor plans and is equipped with two full baths and one half bath plus enclosed outside shower. Main level consists of the kitchen, dining, living area, bonus sitting area, bedroom and 1/2 bath. Upstairs you will find a private bedroom/bath, two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. No smoking.

The unit layout worked well for our family. We used the extra tv room downstairs as the playroom for our grandkids. The walk to the beach and town is short and doable for preschoolers.

Great stay!

This property was a perfect choice for our family! It was within easy walking distance of the beach and downtown shopping. Use of the community tennis courts and pool were added bonuses as were the bikes and the garage!

Awesome rental.

This vacation home won't disappoint you. It is convenient to the beach or boardwalk. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The carpeting is new. I love sitting out on the back deck in the evenings. I highly recommend this home.

The home is in a great location and was very clean. The air conditioner was the only problem. The small hallway bathroom upstairs was very cold but the rooms were very hot. Many of us were up at night because of the heat. Small fans are hot enough to make up for high temperatures. The owners appear to lock the thermostat so its impossible to turn the AC down. We called Wilgus. They suggested closing the blinds and the downstairs vents. However, nobody wants to sit in the dark and several people were working so needed the light.

Awesome rental.

What an awesome house to rent. A short walk to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood. It has a well stocked kitchen. It was a clean and well kept house, but unfortunately someone spilled bleach on the upstairs carpeting. That is the only minor negative I have. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
