Welcome to Bethany Proper. A great community just 3-4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy staying in this UPDATED FOUR BEDROOM unit with THREE FULL BATHS plus enclosed outside shower. Main level consists of the kitchen, dining, living area, full bath, bedroom and laundry. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (one suite) and two bathrooms with hall bath. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. No smoking.

My family had a wonderful week in Bethany. The weather was delightful. Our rental at 309 B Holly Court was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was easy to see the owners put great thought into recent renovations which added charm and convenience to their home.

309BH rental at Bethany Proper Townhouses

POSITIVES = clean, updated, well stocked kitchen equipment and laundry, good location near pool and walkable to beach and town.
NEGATIVES= much smaller but not less rent, right up against neighbor on back deck so little privacy, limited storage due to owner's items in cupboards and locked closet in one of the bedrooms. We have been renting in this complex for years and this unit was a disappointment.
Thank you for reviewing your experience. This is a standard 4 bedroom unit with a 3rd full bath on the first floor. Most units only have a powder room on the main level. This unit does have the sloped unit, but is the most common floor plan in Bethany Proper. Most owners lock 2 closets in the home and allow use of the rest for guests. We will share your concerns with the owner regarding this.
